1099-NEC 3-up Blank Laser Forms with instructions on the back for Copy B. Use your laser printer and Laser Link Tax Preparation Software (Product 95412) to create your 1099-NEC forms. Note: Federal Copy A forms must still be printed on preprinted, red scannable copies. There are 3 forms per sheet.

Use to Report:
Miscellaneous payments such as rents, royalties, medical and health payments and non-employee compensation.
Amounts to Report:
Generally $600 or more (all amounts of $10 or more in some cases).
Tax Forms Per Sheet:
Three filings per sheet.

Forms have one vertical perforation and one horizontal perforation.

Paper Filing Due Dates:

The PATH Act, P.L. 114-113, Div. Q, sec. 201, accelerated the due date for filing Form 1099 that includes nonemployee compensation (NEC) from February 28 to January 31 and eliminated the automatic 30-day extension for forms that include NEC. Beginning with tax year 2020, use Form 1099-NEC to report nonemployee compensation.
