These three products work wonderfully with your ProBill software. Print out your statement to your client on the ProBill forms. Then place the form into a double window envelope. Also include a return reply envelope inside the double window envelope with the statement to the client, simply by folding the return reply envelope in half for an easy fit. When you client receives the double window envelope, they will have a copy of the statement for their record, and be able to tear off a ticket to return with their payment, inside the return reply envelope you gave them. The return reply envelopes are addressed with your mailing address, so the envelope comes back to you with ease. You can also choose a color for your return reply envelopes, making it easier to sort your payments with your incoming mail.
